Oova was designed in partnership with Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City to build a fertility tool that doctors and patients can rely on. Scientists, engineers, and doctors designed Oova to be the most medically trusted fertility test. Oova’s urine test strips provide the same accuracy as a clinical test, all in the comfort of your home.



Completely personalized experience
Oova measures your hormone levels quantitatively to provide valuable insight, rather than comparing your data to some standard threshold or the “perfect cycle”. Oova learns what your personal cycle trends are and detects your fertile window from there. Our algorithm tells you exactly which days to test, so not a cent, day or pee is wasted!


Track as little or as much as you want
Customize data logging to track what’s most relevant to you. You can choose from a variety of categories including mood, exercise, cervical mucus, sex, and medications. All of this information (along with your hormone levels) allows Oova to get smarter about your fertility.


Daily and end of cycle reports
Based on your unique data, Oova provides personalized daily action plans to let you know what to do next to get closer to reaching your goals. At the end of a cycle, you receive a report that showcases your hormone trends and details about the phases of your cycle.


Use Oova with your healthcare provider
Oova allows doctors and clinicians to provide unprecedented remote care. When you scan your Oova strip, all the data is reported in the app for you, and a HIPAA compliant dashboard for your healthcare provider. You no longer have to worry about what your doctor wants or needs to know. Oova takes care of that for you.


How it works
Register in the app and activate your Oova kit. On a testing day, provide a urine sample on the test strip (either midstream or by dipping it into a cup), and scan the strip with the camera on your smartphone. Our algorithm will analyze your strip to calculate how much luteinizing hormone and progesterone is present. Within seconds, you’ll know exactly where you are in your menstrual cycle and be provided with a daily action plan to help guide your journey.
